Recipe Of The Week-Best Rub For Pork Ribs

The first day of Summer has arrived. We have already been doing a ton of BBQ recipes, so might as add one more to the mix. This is my own simple rub recipe and it is delicious. I use it on my pork ribs and it comes out the best. Try it for yourself and see if you like it.

1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar

2 TBS Salt

1 TBS Black Pepper

1 TSP Cayenne Pepper

1 TSP Cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together completely. Take ribs, wash them, pat dry them. Remove membrane from back of ribs. Liberally apply rub all over both sides of the ribs. Place on cooking pan and cover with plastic. Put it fridge for about two hours and then cook. Simply the best.
